How will I receive the invoice?

How are the products sent?
Your product will be perfectly packed in a specific box together with instructions or appropriate assembly instructions. Customers can choose between a transport service by carrier, which guarantees maximum speed and total coverage of the entire Iberian Peninsula or by Post Office with delivery at your local post office or at your home.
Can you send Mad Wave products abroad?
Yes. We can send them by carrier. Check delivery times with our Customer Service Department on +34986128926.
If I place an order today, will I get my product the next working day (Spain)?
Yes, as long as shipping by agency is selected, we have stock and it is not a custom-made product or with special characteristics.
In general terms, if the order is paid with a credit card before 12pm, the order will arrive the next day (24h), and if it is made after 12pm you will receive it in 48 hours. In the case of other forms of payment (bank transfer), the delivery period will start from the date of receipt of the payment. If payment is received before 10am you will receive the next day, if it is later than 10am you will receive it in 48 hours. Our Customer Service Department can specify the exact time for each case.
For delivery on Saturdays, the price of transport will have an additional cost as it is considered a special service. On Sundays we do not deliver orders due to logistics issues of our transport agency. You can also request that your order be delivered on the date you want or through another transport agency with which you usually work.
If you select the postal option, delivery will be made within a maximum of 72 hours after purchase. You can select two option: Picking the parcel up at the Post Office or Home Delivery.
At what time I will get my order?
The orders are delivered throughout all the day long.

Of course. Our mission is customers receive always what they have ordered.
How I can find a product in www.madwave.es?
You can find a product doing this:
- You can use the category menu at the top of the page. Place the mouse on the product you want, choose it and you will access the detailed file of the product, where you will find at least one picture of it, a description, options, stock and the price of it, being able to add it to the shopping cart at the same time.
- You can use the search engine at the top of the page. Just enter the appropriate search word and click on the search icon. The result will be shown to you, allowing you to directly access the product.
What I have to do to buy a product at www.madwave.es?
When you you want to buy a product from our store, you just have to click on the Add to Cart button located on the product file. From that moment you will have it in the shopping cart. If you want to check your shopping cart, modify it or proceed to payment of the products you have choosen, you only have to click on the Cart tab that you will find in the upper margin of the website. You will be able to see the list with all the articles that you have been adding to the basket and from there, start the purchase by pressing Confirm.
You will be asked for your customer credentials. If you are not registered yet, you must click on Create an Account. Then, you have to indicate what is address of deliver of the order. At this time, all the addresses you have ever used will appear so that you can select the one that interests you the most. In the case you want to enter a new shipping address that is not in the list, you can click on Add new address where you must enter the shipping address data.
Once you have chosen the shipping address, you must select the shipping method and the payment method.
Now is when all the information associated with the order is shown:

You must check that all the information is correct and press the Confirm order button.
If you choose a card payment method, you must introduce your card number and the expiration date through a secure gateway.

How can I pay for my order?

- Cash on Delivery: Payment is given at the time delivery is accomplished. This method adds a variable charge ammount and could not be available on specific countries.
How are the orders sent?
All purchases nationwide are delivered by transport agency or by Post, according to your choice. A carrier of one of these companies will deliver your purchase to the address you have selected.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time of the order is the day after the order has been placed, as long as you have formalized the order before 12pm. If the order is placed after this time, you will receive your products within a period of no more than 48 hours. Is the VAT included on the prices?
Yes, VAT is included in our products. During the purchase process you will be able to see what the amount of this tax is. If you register indicating a destination country or territory in which it is not applicable, it will not be shown. If it is a company belonging to the EU and you have a valid VAT number for intra-community transactions, you must tell us before placing your order, so that we can enable the purchase option without adding this tax.
Can I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a period of 14 days from the delivery date to receive a refund or 28 days to receive a discount coupon for the amount of the product/s returned for redeem on our website, communicating the reason for the return to Customer Service or [email protected].
Once we receive the product and it is confirmed that it is in perfect condition, with the labels and in the original packaging, we will reimburse you for the amount of the item, but not for the costs incurred for the transport.
It is essential that you fill out the return form that you will find in the My Orders section of your account on our website. In this form you can select which product/s you want to return.
Customized products or special orders are excluded from the right of return.
We don’t accept returns of wetsuits, trisuits and competition swimwear. Make sure you select the correct size checking our size chart guide. If you have doubts, do not hesitate in contact us.
We will not accept any return shipping due.
The expenses caused by a change of address are borne by the client.
We don’t accept returns of used products that have been handled or that are not in their original packaging. Products with hygiene labels and/or garment labels can only be returned when the label is undamaged and fully sticked to the product. In addition, the products cannot be returned once used in the pool or sea. Any product returned where the hygiene label and/or garment labels are missing, damaged or tampered with, or when the item has been used in the pool or sea, will be rejected and returned to the customer at their own expense.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products purchased are suitable before making the products non-returnable by removing hygiene and clothing labels or using them in the pool or sea.
You have the legal obligation to take reasonable care of the property while it is in your possession. Where you have not reasonably cared for the products while they were in your possession, we reserve the right to:
- Refuse a refund and request an additional payment to the cost price to return the goods to you, or;
- Get your compensation back, deducting money from any refund due.
Wear or damaged caused by use, misuse or the passage of time is not a reason for change.
In all cases the costs of customs, taxes or duties are borne by the customer and will be paid at the time of delivery of the merchandise.
We will not refund any shipping costs for returned items. You will only be refunded the original shipping charge when you exercise your legal right to cancel or reject faulty products as described below.
We will only pay the return costs and subsequent reshipping costs (if applicable) if the return is the result of our error or the products are faulty.

EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. If you need another item, please place a new order and return the original for a refund.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
Items returned as faulty must be sent to the attention of our Returns Department and include a brief note about the damage on the return form.
The item (s) will be checked by our Returns Team and the manufacturer.
If the item is found to be faulty, it will be replaced or, in case that it is discontinued, an alternative item can be sent or a refund will be issued upon request.
If the item is faulty, you will receive a refund for the product.
Please note that this process may take several weeks to complete once the products have been received.

WEIGHTS, MEASURES & TARIFF
All our shipping will be send by courier, or by Post, according to your need.
The import has calculated depending on weigth and measures, destination and service chosen.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Optional shipping insurance ensures all the goods sent to 3000 € and varies according to the shipping method and destination. So the Post Office's fare for spanish shipping is 1.81 € every 50 € of the product value and international is 1% of the total declared value (2,04€ min).
International Post Office also only allows the insurance on their shipments to the following countries.

NAC-INTERCOM sends all their products perfectly packing with specifics boxes or into airbag envelope to prevent the deterioration. Shipping is done by courier or correos post service, who guarantee fast delivery and total cover in Spain and other countries.
A tracking number is assigned which allows the merchandise located throughout the shipping, ensuring maximum speed and security.

WHEN I WILL GET MY ORDER?
As long as we have stock and it is not custom-made or special feature product, the order placed before the 12 a.m. will ship the same day and from that time will be sent the next day; delivery time depends on selected service and the delivery zone. Below is a table of approximate delivery times. This table is indicative and depends ultimately on the logistics company. Remember if you select courier as your shipping company, we will send you a tracking number to locate the transport of your order at any times.

If you pay by bank transfer, the delivery time is count from the date of receipt of payment. Our customer service center can specify you for each case the accurate time. For Saturday, delivery transport rates will be considered an additional cost for a special service and on Sundays we don't deliver orders for logistical issues of our transportation agencies. You can also request that your order will be delivered on the date you want, or through another shipping agent with whom you usually work.
WHAT TIME I WILL GET MY ORDER?
By courier service our national orders are delivered at 19:00. If you want another delivery time please contact our customer service center.
On international orders delivery is throughout the day and depends on the planned route to the dealer. Anyway, the agency will be responsible for contacting you to arrange delivery if not located it at the time of delivery. If you need a specific time please contact the agency for which the dealer try to accommodate this schedule.
